Follow-up Comment #3, bug #54957 (project octave):
Now that 2. is done, what happens you try a = arduino();
Without the comport, it should scan each comport to find the one that responds
back to teh arduino commands.
Without the arduinosetup done to the board, of course none will respond back,
however, it should timeout on each comport.
