Follow-up Comment #7, bug #55172 (project octave):

Attached a new patch:
* bwmorph (BW, "thin", 1) is now Matlab compatible
* I added to devel directory the functions that create the LUT
* old "thin" was changed to "thin-pratt"
* "thicken" is using "thin-pratt", so there are no changes for "thicken"
