Follow-up Comment #2, bug #54718 (project octave): I don't understand how the original directory is not restored. In the run_test_dir function in __run_test_suite__.m, an unwind_protect block is used to restore the saved directory. Is this failure 100% reproducible for you? I'm not sure what should happen with the file browser. Maybe it should not update except when Octave displays a prompt. The behavior does seem different with 4.4.1, but I still see the file browser changing sometimes, for example when running the tests in the gzip.cc-tst file. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?54718> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.gnu.org/
