Also, even with this line removed, timing is an issue here.

If I do the following


dbstop final_test_case
final_test_case
dbnext


Being in debug mode also allows the workspace panel to be updated every time
control is returned to the user.

Hitting Enter allows one to step through the entire script. If I press Enter
repeatedly, at a slow pace, there is no crash. If I hold down the Enter key,
the crash returns.
