Follow-up Comment #21, bug #54398 (project octave):
That's exactly what I did and 7-unzipped it works OK.
But I want to know what is happening. The built Octave modules (.exe and .dll)
are exactly the same, installed through the NSIS installer and unpacked
through 7zip.
This doesn't look related to the bug you fixed but I'd like to be sure.
