Details:

With the recent tip (hg id be7ba25bb5bf), I see the following error when
trying to cross-build for Windows:

Can't open perl script
"/home/osboxes/Documents/Repositories/Octave/mxe-octave-3/tmp-default-octave/octave-5.0.0/build-aux/inplace_edit.pl":
No such file or directory
Makefile:27262: recipe for target
'doc/interpreter/octave.html/.octave-html-stamp' failed


The mentioned file indeed is not in the source ball I created with:

make all dist-lzip -j3 DIST_IGNORE_HG_STATE=1


To be honest I don't know what to make out of this error.
