Use "bash ./run-octave" to avoid these Solaris shell script errors

1. You should definitely apply the abs.diff patch file that I gave you. This
won't be fixed in Octave until we have some better testing or can see that a
newer compiler will fix this for you without us needing to do anything.

2. You should still definitely configure with --without-freetype to avoid the
buggy conflict between libraries in /usr/sfw and /opt/csw. This seems like a
packaging problem on your system.

3. You should still definitely configure with --without-magick because your
version of GCC is not compatible with the way the GraphicsMagick library in
OpenCSW was built.

You can try removing some of the other without options as you want.
