Follow-up Comment #2, bug #54276 (project octave):

When I try your suggestion, without '--enable-link-all-dependencies', I have
the same issue as previously mentionned.

The BLAS/LAPACK libraries are installed in our system at a non-standard
location. I do not have root permissions on the system. The selection of a
particular version of BLAS/LAPACK is done thanks to environment modules.
