Follow-up Comment #10, bug #53938 (project octave):

I would prefer keeping octave-cli-4.4.0, because on other operating systems
users can rely on both "${bindir}/octave-cli" and
"${bindir}/octave-cli-${version}" existing. It's ok that octave-gui.exe is the
oddball.
