Follow-up Comment #6, bug #53922 (project octave): AFAICS on my Windows 7 box, all Windows environment variables are copied verbatim (preserving case) into an MSYS2 bash environment. Just curious: I'm wondering what a real-world use case would be for two or more environment variables that only differ in case.
