Details:

In bug #54078 a discussion on shortcuts for docking/undocking dock widgets has
started. I think those should be implemented via the shortcut manager for
being configurable by the user.

I am also wondering if we can just make one checkable menu entry per
widget,e.g., "Dock Editor" with one shortcut for toggling the docking state.
