URL: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?53907> Summary: Octave does not pick up new files in +package directories after initial load Project: GNU Octave Submitted by: crobar Submitted on: Tue 15 May 2018 11:01:35 AM UTC Category: Interpreter Severity: 3 - Normal Priority: 5 - Normal Item Group: Unexpected Error Status: None Assigned to: None Originator Name: Richard Crozier Originator Email: Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Release: 4.4.0 Operating System: GNU/Linux _______________________________________________________ Details: If I have a package directory (starting with +) Octave finds the function files in this directory fine if they are there at startup. If I create a new file in the directory after starting Octave, Octave does not see it. Calling rehash or clear all does not help. You have to exit and restart to get Octave to see the file. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?53907> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.gnu.org/
