Follow-up Comment #5, bug #53636 (project octave):
I propose that we
1) Fix the random seed ahead of these tests to a known good value (temporary
workaround)
2) Close this bug report as a duplicate of bug #51779
3) Take up the questions in bug #51779 on the development branch
Thoughts?
