Details:

The BIST test suite needs to test itself, which means testing the xtest
keyword.  This produces a "known failure", however this is not an error in any
way.

This bug report was filed simply to have a bug number to insert in to BIST
test so that it would appear in the Test SUMMARY as a known bug.
