Follow-up Comment #28, bug #53409 (project octave):
I don't appear to have any backport enabled in /etc/apt. My guess is that
Mint itself is doing the substitution.
But I can upgrade out of this in about 2 months time, and I mostly use the CLI
anyways. This is not a showstopper for me. We should commit whatever changes
will help users for Qt since that seems to work.
