Follow-up Comment #3, bug #52694 (project octave):
I have been uninstalling previous development versions completely before
installing the new one. I did so again and made sure C:\Octave\Octave-4.3.0+
doesn't exist. This time I moved the Octave-4.2.1 directory out as well and
the dev version installed the same with the same problems. If I manually
delete C:\Octave\OCTAVE~1.0_\share\octave\4.3.0+\m\plot\util\ishghandle.m, the
next restart doesn't have the warning, and it works fine. After getting it to
work, uninstalling and re-installing brings back the same error. I'm in the
process of building it again, maybe it will work better.
