Follow-up Comment #8, bug #51688 (project octave):
I checked in an import.m file which has a docstring and emits an error if it
is used (http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/aa0c6708046a). This is
just a placeholder while things are worked out.
