Details:

When ploting with qt backend, choose zoom (Z+) on plot menu and then select a
zoom region which is a straight line:


octave:1> plot(randn(30))
octave:2> error: set: "dataaspectratio" must be finite
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'octave::execution_exception'
Aborted (core dumped)


I cannot reproduce this with fltk backend -- it seems to ignore 
such a zoom region.
