Follow-up Comment #48, bug #51203 (project octave):
Andrey, could you please find the folder where "__OCT_spsh_open__.m" is and
replace it with the one I attached?
This folder is for me:
C:\Octave\Octave-4.2.1\share\octave\packages\io-2.4.7\private
Can you try whether you can still reproduce the issue and post any error
messages or warnings you see at the command prompt?
