Follow-up Comment #1, bug #49948 (project octave):
Confirmed, that link points to an appendix section that has been removed from
Octave's manual.
I would recommend that this link point to http://wiki.octave.org/Development
instead. I think we agreed when the appendix was removed that the wiki is the
best place for keeping development information up to date, and the Development
page makes a good portal entry point, or if it doesn't, it should be turned
into one.
