Follow-up Comment #5, bug #35565 (project octave):
polar still doesn't take property-value pairs in 4.2.0, neither does polar in
Matlab 2016b.
since it's been a few years, should this bug either be closed, or dropped to a
low priority wishlist item, and a new 'missing function' bug be created for
polarplot? Or this could just be retitled 'missing matlab function polarplot'?
