Follow-up Comment #5, bug #49707 (project octave): When I click on a .m file, it asks "How would you like to open this file?" and shows a list of known Windows programs. Octave isn't on the list. Pretty sure I selected "Install for all users" during the install. I basically selected the default options for everything. Again, the .m file association used to work for 4.0.3 until I uninstalled it. Then it wouldn't work for any subsequent version of Octave which I installed.
