Details:

using qt plot
when copying a graph from surf plot, and then pasting it when the data values
are high or low, there seems to be a long delay, maybe due to the number of
points but whether it is due to impatience on my part or the system taking a
very long time.
This might be the system calculating and trying to get the data for the image,
e.g. x,y,z is probably 10,000 + points in total.

When I print screen or paste the data is not pasted and the system takes a
long time to respond so I have to close Octave and restart again.

Make a surf plot with 100x10x100 points, go to edit, then go to copy and try
to paste it quickly in an email application.
I have many tabs open at present in google chrome and a lot of memory is being
used too so this would also be an interesting thing to try out in repeating
the problem.

Is this the same as the one below?
bug #49485, Octave crashing when saving plot

I am using windows 10
