Details:
For Matlab compatibility, the third argument for comet/comet3 should control
the length of the tail and should default to 0.1 (10%).
Obviously this hasn't been a big deal because no one has reported this until
now.
I propose that if anyone works on this they implement a 4-input function with
the first three being the Matlab-compatible inputs, and the final one being
the speed which would be an Octave-only addition.
