Follow-up Comment #2:
I changed the priority to low. I'd like to have this done at some point, but
I mostly come across the issue when using the dump_plot_demos script to
compare the output of the various graphic toolkits with Matlab. Since that
happens only once a release cycle, and has already passed for 4.2.0, it's not
crucial to correct this right now.
