Details:

Hi

I am trying to plot dashed lines or dotted lines using octave - graphics tool
kit - GNU PLOT but I am failing terribly. I am always getting a solid line.

Dont know whats happening.

What is the terminal being used by the GNU PLOT Graphics tool kit ?

If so, how can I change it to something that is acceptable to plot a dashed or
dotted line
