For qt, it is not easy. We may have to also built qt5 in addition to qt4. (see
comment #27)

For,
pngcairo
pdfcairo

additional libraries we have to add,

cairo
glib
libffi
pango
pixman

The mk files of the above already exists in src directory in 
the mxe-octave.

I do not know how to activate to them.

If the above is included it is not difficult to implement wxt terminal if we
add wxwidgets on windows.
(For linux, GTK is also required.)
