Follow-up Comment #16, bug #48474 (project octave):

@Dmitiri: Thanks you for this hint. But this issue is not about some self
compiled gnuplot binary. It is about the gnuplot binary, that is part of the
official Octave Windows installer. I personally have enough workarounds to
deal with this issue for myself, but I would like to see this fixed for all
other Windows users. Because I assume this bug will otherwise also be present
in the upcoming 4.2 release of mxe-octave.

When I create the plot from the script in my original post, and afterwards
run

drawnow("windows", "scrap.jnk", false, "plot_with_wrong_textcolors.gp");

then I get as a result a gp-file, that I will attach to this post.

Can anyone tell from this file what's going on?
