Details:

Since the recent release of generate_html 0.1.11, the CSS
http://octave.sourceforge.net/octave-forge.css is used for package
documentation as well [1].

Oliver Heimlich [2, comments #14 and #16] reports that this stylesheet is not
appropriate, as it is, for package documentations.  Therefore, it seems
necessary either to modify it, or to provide a separate stylesheet for package
documentations.

Fernando Pujaico Rivera [2, comment #17] suggests to use a copy of
http://www.gnu.org/software/octave/octave.css.
