Follow-up Comment #63, bug #37672 (project octave):

Yes, the segfaults due to multi-threaded BLAS implementations is bug #47400,
let's keep that a separate issue, known for quite a while now.

With OMP_NUM_THREADS=1 and with "more off" run in the interpreter to make sure
nothing is hanging on the pager subprocess, the only failure I can reproduce
is


./run-octave -f ## with GUI
>> system ("sleep 5");
Ctrl+C
Ctrl+C
## interrupt signal is not sent to child processes
