Follow-up Comment #23, bug #46466 (project octave):

I am currently trying to bisect the cs that solved the problem on default.

It seems that seems happened somewhere between 20522 and 20732.

The cs proposed by Pantxo (comment #21) was applied after that (21543).

The cs proposed by Avinoam (comment #22) was applied at revision 20698 on
stable, and merged at 20742.

So, unless I'm mistaken, it must be something else...
