Details:

Hello Octave Team,

I would like to report a bug that crashes the GUI. I have several keyboard
layouts which are created for windows 7 for my different approaches to the
programs i am using. These layouts have shortcuts to change between of them.
For example I have Ctrl+1 shortcut to change my custom layout. If i use this
shortcut while octave gui is running, octave crashes every time.
