Details:

Plotting with qt graphics backend requires gl2ps. However, the configure
scripts only links to gl2ps if compiled with FLTK support.

This should also be fixed in the doc: "OpenGL to PostScript printing library
(http://www.geuz.org/gl2ps/). gl2ps is required for printing when using the
FLTK toolkit.", see
