I could swear this had been reported before but I can't find it. Maybe it was
just mentioned on the mailing list.
Automatic broadcast fails when one of the dimensions is zero. It may sound
silly but I kinda like how elegant Octave handles dimensions of length 0.
> bsxfun (@plus, [1 2 3], zeros (0, 3))
ans = [](0x3)
> [1 2 3] .+ zeros (0, 3)
error: operator +: nonconformant arguments (op1 is 1x3, op2 is 0x3)
