Follow-up Comment #56, bug #46795 (project octave):

Yes, the problem is that the context from which the dialog is called is
different for the left and right buttons.  Could either of you comment on the
patch I supplied a couple of days ago (file #36224)?

The patch removes a seemingly unnecessary level of callback for the left
click.  However, if you think it better instead to add an extra level of
callback to the right button, I'll give that a go.
