Follow-up Comment #8, bug #46795 (project octave): @Philip: If we decide that there are no reasons for not restoring breakpoints after saving a file, I have no objections to remove the dialog and the related preferences. @Lachlan: The issue when closing a modified file is that the breakpoint-restore-dialog appears although the file will be closed afterwards.
