Follow-up Comment #3, bug #46204 (project octave): @Ran: the default in Qt library (the GUI library we use in Octave) is right-to-left alignment for Arabic and Hebrew locale (see [1]). You said that you had never seen such alignment in other softwares. Do you think we should force left-to-right layout even when we have Hebrew translation files? What about softwares that do have translation files in Hebrew (which is not the case in Octave). Could you provide a screen-shot of such software?
