Details:

Attempting to install mxe-octave build octave compiled with --enable-64.

Fails with a  number of errors similar to:


low_level_functions.cc: In function 'int surfderivcpts(octave_idx_type,
octave_idx_type, const RowVector&, octave_idx_type, octave_idx_type, const
RowVector&, const Matrix&, octave_idx_type, octave_idx_type, octave_idx_type,
octave_idx_type, octave_idx_type, NDArray&)':
low_level_functions.cc:309:55: error: call of overloaded 'idx_vector(int)' is
ambiguous
    idxva (0) = idx_vector(k); idxva (1) = idx_vector(0);
