Follow-up Comment #1, bug #45898 (project octave):
Though the HTML version claims copyright 2013, not 2015, it does say after the
contents list "corresponds to GNU Octave version 4.0.0." - so that's alright.
However, the pdf version at
https://www.gnu.org/software/octave/octave.pdf
is certainly 3.8 ("This is the third edition of the Octave documentation, and
is consistent with version 3.8.0
of Octave."), and needs to be updated to be a pdf that reflects 4.0. Updating
this file is important since the built in doc panel (at least in Windows) does
not include figures etc.
