Details:

When I type 
pkg install -forge odepkg 
Octave gives

error: 'nargin' undefined near line 36 column 7

    __unimplemented__ at line 36 column 3

error: scope not found!

    pkg at line 405 column 9
error: evaluating argument list element number 1

error: invalid limit value in colon expression

    install at line 234 column 5
    pkg at line 405 column 9
error: scope not found!
error: called from
    pkg at line 405 column 9

And after that, every command that type for instance
help
Octave gives

And eventually I have to kill the application
