Follow-up Comment #25, bug #45369 (project octave):
Will it be possible to have PKG_ADD directives which depend on both the
arch-dependent and -independent directories being in the path?
Will it be possible to have PKG_ADD directives which depend on directories of
other packages being in the path if these other packages are named in the same
'pkg install ... ...' command?
