Details:

Firstly, congratulations for your last release, I am exciting to start working
on it.
I have just installed it on Linux but the GUI is not loaded. With the
instruction 'octave --force-gui' octave starts in console mode, same result
doing double click on the icon of octave.

I have installed it using the instructions in the file INSTALL: ./configure,
make, make install. After that I found another text file called INSTALL.OCTAVE
that says to write 'apt-get build-dep octave'. Could this be the origin of my
issue?.
