Details:
At the moment when you type in the command line, you can select text with your
mouse (and copy/paste it just as expected), but when you want to overwrite the
selected text, you'll just write where the cursor originally was. Also you
cannot change the cursor position by clicking with the mouse. So the 'mouse
selection' only works for reading, if you want to overwrite/delete text, you
have to use the arrowkeys.
It would be great if you could use the cursor too, like you are used to from
everywhere else.
This was only tested on Windows 7 (Octave 3.8.2 i686-w64-mingw32), so perhaps
it works on other systems.
