Details:
rotv([0,0,1],pi()/2) (which is assumed to be a PI/2 rotation about the z+
axis) returns:
0 1 0
-1 0 0
0 0 1
as apposed to the correct result:
0 -1 0
1 0 0
0 0 1
Which is the inverse what rotv returns. It appears that this also occurs for
rotv([1,0,0],-pi()/2).
