Follow-up Comment #12, bug #44916 (project octave):

In the hope that it might help to find the cause for these problems: I do get
other random errors on machine one when it comes to plotting. The first one is
described in bug #44915, the other occurs more scarcely. Usually when I run a
script that involves a lot of plotting, I get something like this:
