Follow-up Comment #6, bug #44830 (project octave):
If we don't understand what Matlab is doing, you instead add a warning of the
type
@emph{Warning}: this function is not completely @sc{Matlab} compatible.
Octave
does X because of Y, while @Sc{Matlab} does something weird and undocumented
that we can't really explain. The results should however, be comparable.
The
actual results may change in the future.
Still, I wouldn't close the bug report, ideally we'd have it fixed one day.
