What should the behavior be? Should rectangle zoom be disabled for zoom out
mode?
I have used a program called fractint and it used the Z- rectangle to indicate the amount of zoom just like the Z+ does.
In the Z+ the area inside the rectangle gets enlarged to the full screen.
In the Z- the area of the full screen gets shrunk down to the size of the rectangle
This was very handy.
