Details:

I am wondering whether there is a procedure for drop-in replacement of
OpenBLAS with NVBLAS for accelerating linear-algebraic operations on Octave
for PCs having the latest generation NVIDIA GPUs? If so, can the steps be
provided for Windows and Linux?
