Details:

The "periodic" and "symmetric" options should be added to the following window
functions to be compatible with Matlab:

* blackmanharris
* hann
* nuttallwin

The following window functions are not in Matlab, but are related to ones that
are, so should probably have this option also:

* blackmannuttall

The followin function files already have the option implemented, make them
compatible with the new changes:

* flattopwin
* welchwin

The default is always "symmetric".
