Details:
I would like to update the GUI to use the following naming convention:
"Contribute to Octave" points to the "get-involved" page (which I would also
like to rename to "contribute"). This is currently called "Developer
Resources".
"Donate to Octave" points to the "donate" page. This is currently confusingly
called "Contribute to Octave".
I know the term "contribute" is somewhat overloaded, but I would like to more
clearly use it to mean "I want to help work on Octave in some way". The web
site URL should also be "/contribute" instead of "/get-involved". I've already
pushed a symlink to the current site that creates this new URL.
Note: I would just do this outright, but I assume it might be contentious, so
hoping for some comments. Adding jwe to CC.
